Jay Phillips ist Mitarbeiter bei Niantic. Er ist mitverantwortlich für den Tod an Roland Jarvis ([1]) und möglicherweise auch am Unfall von Victor Kureze ([2]).

Im Februar 2014 taucht ein internes Dokument von Visur Technologies auf, in der Phillips und Ken Owen darüber sprechen, dass Tycho einen neuen Comic herausgeben wird. Offenbar ist es Phillips nicht recht, da die Veröffentlichung nicht abgestimmt war ([3]).
