You will be deemed to have received all notifications, approvals, and other communications sent to that email address, even if the email address associated with your account is no longer current. 2.6 You are solely responsible for any marketing initiatives you and/or any of your Sub-affiliates conduct in relation to your site and/or customers, including, without limitation, compliance of such initiatives with the applicable legal requirements. You will indemnify Bet9ja from any and all claims in relation to such activity in full. 2.7 By participating in the Programme, you agree that you will comply with the terms of this Agreement at all times and any supporting materials that Bet9ja may make available to you.
